When will I get my order?
All our products are made to order, so production usually takes 1-2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details over SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged item, misprint, or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and unboxing video.
We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each product is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference issues.
However, if there’s a manufacturing defect or error from our side, we’ll take care of it.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available. A ₹60 COD fee is charged on COD orders.
Prepaid orders come with free delivery.
In locations where COD isn’t available, you’ll see a Partial COD option at checkout - you can pay 10% of the order value upfront and the remaining amount at the time of delivery.
